Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the guidelines for returning items, receiving a refund, and canceling an order.

Returns & Refunds:

Due to the unique nature of our products and to protect the integrity of our gemstones and jewellery, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on any orders.

We understand that choosing jewellery is a significant decision, and we encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before placing an order. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact our customer support team prior to purchase.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we may be able to cancel it, but a processing fee of 10% of the order total may apply.

To initiate a return or cancellation:

  • Contact our customer service team by email or by phone.
  • Have your order number ready.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return your item.
